Summary:
The Production Supervisor is directly responsible for overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes of their assigned department.
They oversee scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as the first line of support for troubleshooting should problems arise.
This front-line leader will direct the coordination of manufacturing resources including labor distribution, machine maintenance and performance, as well as supporting compliance with safety standards, company objectives, quality assurance, and production schedules.
The Production Supervisor will interview, hire, and manage their team of Production Technicians.
The Production Supervisor creates an environment of trust, accountability, recognition, and teamwork.
They serve as a liaison between technicians and the Production Manager.
The Production Supervisor is dedicated to achieving operational excellence with a genuine interest in helping the company succeed through implementation of continuous improvement strategies, professional communication and close attention to company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Education and
Experience:
Successful completion of OSHA 30 Course.
Successful completion of LEAN Manufacturing Course.
High school diploma; BS or BA in related field a plus.
2
years' relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 1 year prior supervisory experience Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Lean Manufacturing Maintenance Operational Excellence Problem Solving Professional Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
